This was week in science was interesting. We worked on our cockroach experiments. we had to do a test on cockroaches and explain what we learned to the class. it was good times. First we had to plan out our experiment. My group's was in what situations do cockroaches hiss. I also liked another groups one. It was Andrew S's group. They did how much weight could a cockroach pull.
After we designed an experiment we had to create a procedure. It was tedious for my group because we had twenty different tests. After that was design we needed a hypothesis, prediction, and a materials list. It would be to tedious to list. Once we completed that we tested. after we tested we recorded our data and put it into a presentation. The presentations never finished.
I learned a lot throught these cockroch expiriments. It wasn't about the cockroaches but in planning expiriments. We learned better was to test expirments and to control variables. Thank You Mr. Finley for this valuable lesson.
