This was an interesting week in science. We began talking about genetics. On Monday we began began by talking about our hypothesis about the pea experiment. Some of them were very interesting and later we found out that they were true. We thoughts traits skipped a generation but the technically don't. The are there but the are over powered by the dominant trait. On Tuesday we discussed the other online pea experiment. We also discussed Punnet Squares and how they help us predict the outcome of the offspring. On Wednesday we continued to discuss the online simulation some more. We tried to start a lab on human features but we ran out of time. On Thursday we went over the lasts nights homework on sponge bob. That took up most of the period and we ran out of time to start the lab again. On Friday we went over the previous nights homework were we had to trace a trait through 3 generations. After that we worked on the lab but ran out of time to share the results. Which is what we will do on Monday.
